Thank you for telling us. The only smoking spot is the small tobacco shop with an ashtray near the Minami-Ichioka bus stop (about 3 min walk). Never inside, at the entrance, or on the streets around the house.

Please read and tick each point:

No smoking inside, at the entrance, or within 100 m of the house (e-cigarettes included). No littering of butts, cans or trash. If confirmed: JPY 20,000 cleaning fee and the stay ends without refund. Quiet residential area: please keep your voices down at all times. No loud talking or gathering outside the house, even in the daytime. From 20:00 to 07:00, please be silent or speak only in a very low voice. This is an old Japanese house: the stairs are steep and narrow with no safety gate, and there is no baby cot. I accept this, including when traveling with children. The JR Osaka Loop Line runs right next to the house. Trains can be heard for most of the day, from early morning until late at night, not only in the early morning. Earplugs are provided. The TV is a smart TV (Google TV). We do not provide Netflix, Prime Video or other paid streaming subscriptions. Please sign in with your own account, and sign out before check-out so the next guest cannot use your account. The front-door key is attached to a retractable reel cord inside the key box. Please keep it on the reel cord at all times (do not detach it, even when you go out) and return it to the key box. If the key is lost, I will pay the actual cost of replacing the lock cylinder and related work (approx. JPY 50,000).
